Reiki for beginners Reiki is a beautifully simple practice to embrace, one that is imparted not through traditional teaching but through a unique process known as “attunement” during a Reiki session. This special ceremony, conducted by a Reiki master, opens up a channel within the student, granting access to a boundless reservoir of healing energy that can enhance well-being and life quality. The beauty of Reiki lies in its universality; it transcends intellectual prowess or spiritual maturity, making it accessible to all. It has been embraced by a diverse range of individuals across the globe, irrespective of age or background. Reiki’s essence is spiritual, yet it stands apart from organized religion. It is free from prescribed beliefs, allowing practitioners to engage with Reiki regardless of their faith. The training spans 3 hours, divided over two sessions: Week 1 (10 am - 11:30 am) The initial session introduces Reiki’s principles, followed by a complete 60-minute treatment experience, meditation practices, an exploration of Reiki’s lineage and history, a discussion on personal interests, a question-and-answer segment, and distribution of informative booklets. Week 2 (10 am - 11:30 am) The subsequent session includes grounding meditation for energy clearing, the pivotal Reiki attunement, practical application, insights on integrating Reiki into daily life, ongoing support, embracing one’s innate gifts, reflecting on one’s spiritual journey, contemplating future steps, a final question-and-answer opportunity, and the awarding of certificates. This comprehensive program is designed to not only teach Reiki but to also foster a supportive community for personal and spiritual growth.
