If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, tired, or disconnected from your body… this is your space to slow down and come back to yourself.

Yoga Therapy is a gentle, intentional practice designed to support your body, mind, and nervous system. Unlike traditional yoga, there’s no pushing, no pressure—only soft movement, breath, and awareness that guide you into a state of calm and healing.

This is where your body can finally exhale.



What to Expect


In this class, we focus on restoration and regulation—helping your nervous system shift out of stress and into balance.

You’ll be guided through:

  • Breathwork to calm and regulate your system

  • Gentle, supportive postures (no strain, no intensity)

  • Somatic awareness to reconnect with your body

  • Mindful practices to release tension and emotions

  • Deep relaxation to restore your energy
