My personal recipe is to combine Reiki with ecstatic dance, I discovered new dimensions of release. This energy work heightened my awareness of emotions trapped in my body, which influenced my movements during dance.


This holistic approach reinforced the importance of nurturing myself-mind, body, and spirit.
